Back by popular demand, Amrita Yoga and Amrita Silent Retreats unite to offer this popular 5-Day yoga retreat. The sessions focus on nurturing balance, strength and flexibility on the physical, mental and emotional levels.
The schedule consists of one daily meditation, satsang plus a class of either Pranayama / Yoga Therapy / Yoga Nidra / or Chanting from special guests Swami Gurupadasrithananda Puri and Br. Mitramrita Chaitanya. In addition, there will be a morning and afternoon asana class guided by Narendra each day.
As holiday prasad, we are delighted to welcome disciples and long-term devotees to offer experience-based satsangs on the themes we are exploring, along with a Question & Answer session on the last day of the retreat.
