  • All meals, snacks and tea are catered for participants and served separately in the Silent Retreat dining hall
  • Silent Retreat accommodation rooms available
  • Translations generally available in French, Spanish, German & Italian

I used to dislike walking meditation. I have always walked very fast, but this time my feet rested in my heart and I felt like I really found meditation there.

Loved the yoga! Had to push myself each day but it made my heart sing! I felt free and peaceful at the end of each session.
