Advaita VIII Sādhana Retreat Dispelling the Illusion
Conducted by: w/ Swami Atmananda Puri
Register NowWe warmly invite you to join Swami Atmananda Puri for a restorative five-day sadhana retreat dedicated to the heart of Advaita Vedānta. Together, we will step away from the noise of daily life to explore the profound wisdom of the Alāta Śānti Prakaraṇa—the fourth chapter of Gauḍapāda’s Kārikā (Commentary on the Mandukya Upanishad). We will discover their correlation with Amma’s teachings.
The Heart of the Teaching
Our time together begins with a thoughtful overview of the Māndūkya Upanishad, building a steady foundation for the days ahead. We will focus on “Dispelling the Illusion,” a deep exploration into the nature of reality and pure awareness.
The retreat follows the timeless rhythm of traditional Vedāntic practice:
- Śravaṇa : Listening and opening our hearts to the teachings.
- Manana : Reflecting and contemplating the truths shared.
- Nididhyāsana : Settling into deep, quiet meditation.
A Gentle Daily Rhythm
To help you integrate these insights, our days will also include walking meditation and a dedicated Q&A session.
The Gift of Silence
The Mauna (noble silence) practice allows you to truly turn inward. Come rest in the peace of your own being. In this quietness of our innermost Self, may we all find the space to recognize that timeless truth: That Thou Art.
Videos Accessible for 14 days
