Since ancient times, yoga has been honored for its incredible potential to guide the mind into a state of quietude. The journey inwards that the sages of India undertook was a daily investigation into the interconnection of body, breath and mind. As they learned to integrate these elements, the silence of their original nature began to manifest in their lives.
In this retreat, as we follow this ancient path, together we will dive into an exploration of yoga as an art of silencing the mind.
In each session, we will unfold different elements of practice that can be used in our daily routine to restore our inner balance and bring more silence into our life.
The retreat encorprates some of the precious gifts our beloved Amma has offered to our yoga practice, like the mantras of Ma and Om, the profound bhavas of devotion and surrender and the principles of compassion.
