Mokshamrita Chaitanya is the disciple of Amma (Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi). Mokshamrita ji has conducted many yoga and meditation retreats across India, USA and UAE. He was invited as Guest of Honor during the 2018 Kuwait Yoga Meet. In 2018, he delivered a talk at TEDx titled “From Meditator to Meditation” (available on youtube). Mokshamrita ji also delivers spiritual and inspirational talks centered around Non-Duality, Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita. He is also a motivational speaker who loves to motivate the youth.

Mokshamrita ji met Amma for the first time in North America about two decades ago. In the very first meeting with Amma, he felt greatly Inspired by Amma’s wisdom, Her selfless Love, Her practical teachings and the great amount of humanitarian work that Amma was doing. So he decided to become a monk at Amma’s ashram in Amritapuri and dedicate his life to the mission and vision of Amma.

Mokshamrita ji is also a technology enthusiast. Before meeting Amma, Mokshamrita ji was pursuing a career in the software industry. He has served in senior technical roles while he was working in North America. He has also served as a faculty in the Department of Computer Science and Department of Cultural Education at Amrita University. He has also authored research papers in the areas of Wireless technology, Cybersecurity, Telematics and E-Learning.

Mokshamrita ji is one of the national coordinators of the youth wing of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, named AYUDH. AYUDH has its presence all around the globe. He also likes composing music and planting trees.

Notes

  • Only those participants who have registered latest by 4th January 2023, 7:00 pm (Kuwait time) will be allowed to attend the retreat.
  • Participants will not be allowed to talk during the silent retreat except during the Q&A
  • Participants will not be allowed to snack in between the sessions unless there is a medical condition
  • Participants will have to deposit their mobile phone(s) at the beginning of the retreat and will not be allowed to use it throughout the session, unless there is a dire emergency
