Depending on the length of the silent retreat, the programs can include:
- Meditation – sitting, walking, guided & silent
- Satsangs (spiritual talks)
- Nature walks through forest trails
- Rest and time for reflection
- Delicious and nourishing vegetarian meals
In the longer retreats, all aspects of meditation from yogic concentration meditation to Advaita non-dual knowledge meditation are be explored in depth. The IAM35 meditation, a unique combination of yoga, pranayama and visualization, designed by Amma is also be taught from day four.
